Replacement cost Study
Any project involving involuntary resettlement and land acquisition, the replacement cost study is required to establish the list of compensation rate for affected assets such as land, main structures, secondary structure, and trees. We are providing the key experts in conducting the land study, calculation of construction materials, market survey for labor cost and the cost of construction, and the calculation of the replacement cost for affected tress in response to the current market value which will be satisfied to both project implementer and the affected people.
RESETTLEMENT
Our social development experts had a very strong experiences of more than 10 years in the field of resettlement planing, conducting Inventory of Lose (IOL), Socio-Economic Survey (SES), costing, and its implementation.
